Call saying I owe money but I don't

Someone called me from (888) 512-2022 saying I owe money. I don't owe anyone. They had my name, my email address, and my phone number.

I have no idea how they got all my info. They said it was about a debt but I know I don't have one. The number shows up as Dayton, OH.

I didn't lose any money but it's still weird they had everything.
