Charged $39.99 after buying a dog comb for $9.99

I bought a dog comb from this company for $9.99 and everything seemed fine at first. Then the next month I see a charge for 39.99 on my account. I tried reaching out to ask what the charge was for but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. No call backs, no emails answered, nothing.

They just tried to charge me again this month. I had to cancel my debit card and get a whole new one just to make it stop. I never signed up for anything or agreed to a subscription. Pretty frustrating that I had to go through all that just to get them to stop taking my money.
