Mail about government benefits with no company listed

I got this piece of mail the other day and it was all about government benefits. It looked official at first but something felt off. There was no company name anywhere on it, just an address in MS, USA.

The letter was basically trying to get me to sign up for benefits. It didn't ask for money upfront or anything but I could tell it was phishing. They wanted me to call or go somewhere to give my info probably.

I didn't lose any money because I didn't fall for it. Just threw it away. But I wanted to report it because I'm sure other people might get the same thing and maybe not be so lucky. Just seemed really sketchy.
