Medicare billed $13,725 for catheters I never ordered
The phone number tied to it is (800) 695-5474 and there's an address in Memphis, TN. None of the claims got approved so Medicare didn't pay anything out. But they still used my Medicare number to try it.
I just want someone to know this happened. I didn't lose any money but it's still not right that someone used my info like that.
