Mailer with my maiden name and a pouch clipping inside

I got this small mailer in the mail the other day. It was sent to my current address but it had my maiden name on it, which I thought was weird since I haven't used that name in years.

When I opened it up, there was nothing inside except a clipping of another USPS mailer pouch. Just that. No letter, no explanation, no company name anywhere. The return address on it said 13353 135th Ave, Miami, FL 33186, but that's all I have to go on.

I'm not sure what the point of it was. It felt like some kind of phishing thing maybe? I didn't lose any money or anything, but it was just strange to get something like that out of nowhere.
