Paid $3500 for an audiobook and got nothing

I paid $3,500 for an audiobook. It was never delivered. On top of that, my Amazon account got suspended for selling my book. I don't know what's going on with these people but it really feels like a scam. They're located in NY. I just want what I paid for, or my money back.
