Charged twice for a one day book purchase

I ordered a 1 day purchase to read a book. They charged me that plus twice as much on a separate payment. There was nothing provided that allowed me to contact the company. I lost about $19.95 total. The address shows CA, USA but I have no way to reach anyone about it.
