They took my 200 gift card and never sent cash back

I found this place online that said they could turn my gift card into cash. I thought okay, that sounds easy enough so I gave them the info. They took 200 dollars right off my gift card and that was it. I never got any money sent back to me.

I tried to see if there was a way to contact them but nothing came of it. I just feel dumb honestly. It was a 200 dollar gift card and now it's empty. I don't even know the name of the company to report them properly. Just want people to know this is happening.
