Paid for passport renewal and never got anything back

I was online trying to renew my passport and I came across this site. It looked legit enough, I guess. I filled everything out and sent them $189. They took the money and that was it. No confirmation, no email, nothing.

The address they listed was in Wyoming, USA. But I don't even know if that's real. I never got my passport or any kind of update. Just out the money. I should have known better but I really thought I was on the right page.
