Ordered cotton sheets, got polyester and no refund

First the product did come, but their shipper insisted it was delivered. Then USPS told me the tracking number they gave was for a different name and address, and it was fraudulently obtained. So that was already a mess.

Finally they sent polyester sheets instead of the cotton ones I ordered. Now they refuse to let me return them for a refund. I checked around and it looks like they do this same thing to people on a regular basis. We've exchanged emails back and forth for over three months now, and they just won't do the honest thing. I'm out $157 and stuck with sheets I didn't even want.
