Ordered two outfits and got terrible quality and wrong colors

I ordered 2 outfits from this site because it looked totally legit. They took forever to arrive and when they finally did, the quality was absolutely horrible. Plus the colors weren't even what I ordered.

I can't find any way to reach customer service except a contact form on their website. I filled it out 3 days ago and still no contact returned. I'm out $116 and just stuck with these terrible clothes I can't even wear.

Ordered a gift but they say it was delivered

I ordered a gift online and paid like 38 bucks for it. They sent me a tracking number and everything. Then it says delivered but I never got it. I checked all around my door and even asked my neighbors, nothing.

I tried contacting them through their website and email. They just keep saying it shows delivered so that's not their problem. They won't help me or send a replacement. I'm just stuck with no gift and no money back. It doesn't make sense cause it definitely wasn't left here.
