Two charges I don't remember signing up for

I don't remember signing up for this but two times they have taken $24.99 out of my PayPal account. That's almost $50 total. I didn't sign up for anything that I know of. I just saw the charges on my PayPal statement and I have no idea what they are for. There's no company name or anything that I can see that makes sense. It just shows the charge. I'm not sure how to get it stopped or get my money back.
