Flyer on my door with no company name

Someone taped these flyers to the front doors of all the houses in my neighborhood. It didn't say what company it was from, just had a phone number on it. I figured I'd call and ask what it was about.

When I called the number, the person wouldn't tell me the company name. I asked again and they just hung up on me. The flyer had an address on Westaire Boulevard in Martinez, CA but no business name anywhere.

It's weird. They went through the trouble of putting these on every door in the neighborhood but won't say who they are. I didn't lose any money or anything, just seems shady that they won't identify themselves.
