Text about health policy balance with no company name
The person on the other end asked me to verify the policy owner name and date of birth, and then the insured person's name and date of birth too. After that they tried to get our business debit card number so they could "research" the transaction. I said no and they just hung up on me.
I called back to ask what company they even were, and they hung up again. No company name, no proof of anything. Just wanted my card number.
