Paid 680 for a transmission that never showed up

I ordered a transmission for my car and paid $680 for it. They also wanted a $150 deposit on top of that. I was able to get the 150 back through my bank but the 680 is still out of my account.

The seller was supposedly in Atlanta, GA. I never got the part and now I'm just out the money. I don't even have a real company name to go after, just an address. It's been frustrating trying to deal with this.
