Ordered hand-crafted birdhouses and got four plastic ones

I thought I was ordering hand-crafted birdhouses from an artist in the Appalachian mountains. When I got to the final charge screen, my order was doubled with a two for one charge. I tried to back out of it but it went through anyway.

What I ended up with was four plastic, identical small birdhouses. There was a shipping label below mine that showed an international shipment that had just been reshipped. So nothing about this was what I thought I was paying for.

I lost $195 on this.
