Package with no invoice or company name

My son got a package in the mail that was forwarded from his old address in Florida. He didn't order anything. We opened it and it was just a silicone ice facial bowl. No invoice, no paperwork, nothing inside saying who sent it or why.

I saw online that other people got packages from this same shipper but theirs had a QR code to scan. This one didn't have any of that. Not even a website or a company name on it. The return address says 12510 W Airport Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77487.

We didn't pay anything so I guess no money lost, but it's just weird. Why send something random to someone who didn't order it?
