Text saying my $6,600 spending card was confirmed

I got this text out of nowhere saying my $6,600 spending card for food, gas and utilities has been confirmed. It says reply CARD to claim it before it expires. I never signed up for anything like this and I don't know who J******* is. There's no company name anywhere in the message. I didn't reply to it and I'm not going to. Just seems like a phishing text trying to get me to respond.
