Text saying my $6,600 spending card was confirmed

I got a text out of nowhere saying my $6,600 spending card for food, gas and utilities has been confirmed. It told me to reply CARD to claim it before it expires. I never signed up for anything like this and I don't know who sent it.

There's no company name anywhere in the message. Just that line about the card and then text STOP to unsubscribe at the bottom. I didn't reply to it.

I have no idea where they got my number or why they think I have a spending card waiting for me. It doesn't make sense.
