YouTube ad for work pants never sent my order

I saw an ad on YouTube for work pants. It was 5 pairs for $25 or something, with tax it came to $32. So I ordered.

I've been waiting over 3 months now for my order. After several restocking attempts and over 30 emails with the company, I now believe it to be a scam.
