Sweater never arrived and they want to keep 20%
Two months later it still hadn't shown up so I contacted customer service. They told me the address I gave was wrong, which it wasn't. I gave it to them again. This went on for months with the same excuse, either the address was incomplete or it got rejected. Neither one is true. I sent the address two more times. I even told them it's an office building with a mail room and we don't reject shipments.
Now they won't give me a full refund and want to keep 20%. The address on file was unverified, Venice, FL 34293. I just want my money back.
