Clothing made from nylon and they only offered 10% back

I ordered some clothes from this company that was supposed to be based in the US. Turned out they were a China vendor pretending to be a US company. That alone was already annoying.

The clothes were made from nylon. Not what I expected at all. When I tried to get a refund they said no. They only offered me 10% back. I spent 200 dollars on this.

I just want my money back for something that wasn't even what they said it was.
