Called saying I'd be sued and people were looking for me

They called me saying I am about to get sued. Claimed people are out looking for me. They have people calling me as location people to find me. Told me I was gonna get sued if I didn't pay up.

I lost 145 dollars to these people. They are based in TX, USA. It was some kind of debt collection thing but I don't even know what debt they were talking about. Just kept saying pay or else.

I didn't know what to do so I just sent the money. Now I feel stupid about it. They kept calling and calling.
