Ordered one foot massager but got charged for three

I ordered a "discounted" foot massager for $25. Instead they sent me 3 massagers and charged me for all of them. Plus they added a subscription to some physical therapy program I never asked for. Total on my credit card was $130 and it looks like it might keep charging me.

I went back and forth with their customer service through 15 emails. Honestly it felt like I was talking to a robot the whole time. They kept sending me to a return order site but that site didn't have any address or process info on it. After like a dozen messages they finally offered me 30% off something I didn't even want.

I looked online and found other people posting about the same thing happening with this company. So I know it's not just me.
