Calls asking about printer toner and fake invoices

We started getting calls at multiple stores from someone asking for the manager or owner. They wanted us to confirm what kind of printer we have and then said we needed to respond to an email about an invoice for toner or ink. They said once we confirmed the invoice they would send the ink.

But our company only orders ink and toner through one supplier and it's all handled by our corporate office. So these calls didn't make any sense. The company names they mentioned weren't real companies we've ever dealt with.

Now three of our locations have gotten toner delivered anyway. The return addresses on the packages are all different and unrelated businesses, so we can't send it back or refuse it. We never agreed to buy anything and we're stuck with toner we didn't order.
