Two guys came claiming to be government workers selling solar

These two guys showed up at my house. The first one said he was a government employee and needed to check the electrical meter. I let him in because he seemed official. He then said another government employee would come by to see what programs I qualify for.

Later the second guy came. I asked to see his license and photo ID. He barely took it out, like he really didn't want to show me. Only after I told him it's illegal to not show it. Then he tried to sell me $80,000 solar panels with monthly payments. It didn't make sense. They weren't government at all. Just salesmen pretending.
