Order never shipped and they won't cancel it
I replied right away asking to cancel and get a refund. No response. So I sent another message through the contact us portal asking again to cancel and refund. Next morning at 8:45 I got an email saying they couldn't do the cancellation and refund because the daily cancellation limit had been reached. It also said the order is still unfulfilled and there's no estimated shipment date.
I looked into this company more and there are thousands of reviews online from people saying the same thing.

That was it though. I never got any shipping info or anything. No package ever came. I tried to figure out how to contact them but it felt like a dead end.
I ended up just canceling my card because I didn't trust it. The whole thing cost me about 26 bucks but it's the principle. The site is uprootclean.com and their email is [email protected] if anyone wants to know who not to buy from.
