Refund turned into them taking $500 from me

I tried to get my money back from uprootclean.com because their checkout wouldn't let me edit my cart. I couldn't even review what I was buying before it went through. I thought I was only getting one thing but it turned out to be two.

I emailed them a bunch of times and got nowhere. Then I found their Facebook page and started posting there, and they finally messaged me. They called me and said I needed to download this "lemfi" app and they walked me through it. While we were on the phone, they tried to transfer $1000 but took $500 from me instead. They had me read them the OTP codes from my texts as they were guiding me through it.
