Ordered from uprootclean and no item after four weeks
I've emailed them a few times asking for an update or just to cancel the order. Customer service is not replying to any of my emails. Not one response. The phone number on the site is 1(719) 650-7807 but I haven't tried calling yet, I figured email was enough but I guess not.
The email I used was [email protected] which is the one they list for contact. Just nothing. I don't know what else to do at this point.
Refund turned into them taking $500 from me
I emailed them a bunch of times and got nowhere. Then I found their Facebook page and started posting there, and they finally messaged me. They called me and said I needed to download this "lemfi" app and they walked me through it. While we were on the phone, they tried to transfer $1000 but took $500 from me instead. They had me read them the OTP codes from my texts as they were guiding me through it.
