Call saying I qualified for a loan I never asked about

I got a call from a woman named Connie Black saying she was from Upside Partners. She left a message saying I was eligible for $37,000 and that the offer was about to expire. I never applied for anything or asked about a loan from these people.

The message just said I was eligible and to basically hurry up because the offer was ending soon. It felt really pushy and strange. I don't know how they got my number or why they think I need a loan from them. I didn't call back.
