Ordered two items and never got them after months of excuses
After a month I emailed their customer service. They did write me back, but first they said the item was lost and they sent a new one. But they never could give me a real tracking number for that either. Every email was just delay tactics and excuses. After a month and a half of going back and forth I gave up and disputed the charges with my credit card company. Lost $115 on this. This place is a scam, stay away.
Ordered from Urbanhollis and got a fake tracking number
They said it was a family owned company and they were overwhelmed with orders and needed more time. I asked why they gave me a tracking number if the item hadn't even been sent. They said they were forwarding my info to their logistics department to investigate. Well, its been three weeks now and I just keep getting the exact same email back, no updates at all. I've asked twice for a full refund of $53.06 and they keep telling me the logistics team is still looking into it. Their address is 2460 victory blvd, Staten Island, NY 10314. I just want my money back.
Ordered from Urban Hollis, got a fake tracking number and no package
I had to reach out to them myself to ask what was going on. They finally sent me a tracking number but it has not updated in 4 days now. Pretty sure it is fake. Their address says 2460 Victory Blvd in Staten Island and the phone is (925) 392-6752. Just want my money back or the product.
