Ordered from Urbanhollis and got completely different items

I ordered from Urbanhollis.com and what showed up was nothing like what I ordered. Completely different items. I tried to send it back for a return and they told me the website address wasn't the return address. That didn't make any sense to me.

I sent multiple messages trying to return this and they just wouldn't respond. Lost $246.95 on this. The address on the site says Staten Island, NY 10314. No one ever got back to me about the return.

Ordered two items and never got them after months of excuses

I bought two things from their website urbanhollis.com back on July 3, 2026. They told me shipping would take 5-7 business days. Well, three weeks go by and nothing. The tracking number they gave me just showed the package sitting in Hong Kong the whole time.

After a month I emailed their customer service. They did write me back, but first they said the item was lost and they sent a new one. But they never could give me a real tracking number for that either. Every email was just delay tactics and excuses. After a month and a half of going back and forth I gave up and disputed the charges with my credit card company. Lost $115 on this. This place is a scam, stay away.

Ordered from Urbanhollis and got a fake tracking number

I placed an order on their website Urbanhollis.com and it said it would ship in 2 to 3 days. They gave me a tracking number but it was fake, the item never actually moved anywhere. After two weeks I emailed them at [email protected] asking where my stuff was.

They said it was a family owned company and they were overwhelmed with orders and needed more time. I asked why they gave me a tracking number if the item hadn't even been sent. They said they were forwarding my info to their logistics department to investigate. Well, its been three weeks now and I just keep getting the exact same email back, no updates at all. I've asked twice for a full refund of $53.06 and they keep telling me the logistics team is still looking into it. Their address is 2460 victory blvd, Staten Island, NY 10314. I just want my money back.

Ordered from Urban Hollis, got a fake tracking number and no package

I placed an order on their website urbanhollis.com. They said shipping would be 5-6 business days. I never got a confirmation email but they charged me right away. $79.48.

I had to reach out to them myself to ask what was going on. They finally sent me a tracking number but it has not updated in 4 days now. Pretty sure it is fake. Their address says 2460 Victory Blvd in Staten Island and the phone is (925) 392-6752. Just want my money back or the product.
