Ripped Off

Urbann-Vibe is definitely a scam! Thankfully I used a pre-paid card to order otherwise they’d have my account information. It’s too bad they’re POS and are too worthless to get a job and have an honest business.

Ordered clothes and boots a month ago, never shipped

I placed an order on Urbann-vibe.com for three dresses and a pair of boots. After a few days I asked when it would ship. They told me things usually ship in 2-5 days, so I waited.

I contacted them again a few days later and just kept getting the same answer every time. They said everything was in order and they were looking into why the order hadn't arrived. It's been a full month now and I still haven't gotten anything. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

I think Urbann-vibe.com is a fake company. I also believe they sold my personal information on the dark web. The whole thing feels really off.
