Uroflow product doesn't work and no one answers emails
The refund policy is a joke. They say they'll help you but when you try, no one returns your emails. I sent like three or four messages to [email protected] and still nothing back.
I tried calling the number on the site, (833) 201-4255, but the person just kept telling me to email support. Which is the same email that doesn't respond. So I'm stuck. They're based in NY but that doesn't help me either. Just want my money back but I guess that's not happening.
