Call about credit card fraud and Homeland Security report

I got a call from someone saying they were US Bank. They told me somebody opened a credit card in my name and bought a bunch of guns online with it. Then they said they were going to report it to the Department of Homeland Security. They gave me two hours to file a report with the Mesa Police Department in Arizona or they'd close all my bank accounts.

The person connected me to someone who said they were a police officer. This officer had me download an app called Signal and record a video. I sent them a picture of my badge and ID through the app. Then they wanted me to turn on the video camera, and that's when I hung up. After that I kept getting calls from numbers claiming to be US Bank in Ohio and New York, but I just blocked them. The phone number they used was (800) 285-8585.
