Jury summons link went through a Vietnam IP address

I got a summons for federal jury duty. Then a second notice came, so I clicked the link this time. For a second the address bar showed a Danang IP address, Vietnam I think, then it switched over to the normal US district court page.

I tried searching the case number and nothing came up at all. So now I don't know if this is real or not.
