Letter about California Statement of Information with no real company name
They said based on their records, which they claim were updated 2026-06-17, my most recent California Statement of Information was filed between 2023 and 2025. If that was right, they said there's a good chance my business needs to catch up on compliance.
This feels like one of those phishing things. They didn't ask for money right away but the whole thing is weird. I didn't click anything. Just seemed off.
