Go-kart order from us-honeskey.com never showed up

A customer of ours ordered a go-kart from us-honeskey.com and never got any order confirmation, no tracking emails, nothing at all. The site said shipping would take 3-4 days but it's been over a month now and nothing has arrived. They paid through Afterpay so only a partial payment was taken, $77.95.

I called the phone number listed on the merchant's website, 731-555-1234, and it's out of service. Afterpay gave me evidence and a different number for the merchant, 660-826-3387, and that one doesn't work either. There's just no way to reach these people.

This company seems fictitious and fraudulent. They need to be shut down before more people lose money to them.
