Ordered coins and got charged for things I never bought

I ordered coins from this place and authorized a payment of $37.90 through PayPal. That was the only thing I agreed to pay for.

Then I saw two more charges on my account, one for $62.90 and another for $10.00. One of them was for something called a Legacy Vault that I never ordered and never received.

I contacted PayPal about it and they won't do anything. So now I'm stuck with charges for stuff I didn't buy.
