Shirt from usagoodshop.com was not a large

I ordered a shirt from usagoodshop.com and when it came it was for sure not a large. I tried and tried to get them to email me back that I would like to exchange it. I have never heard a word. I sent emails to [email protected] and got nothing back at all. I spent $25.98 on this and now I am stuck with a shirt that does not fit.

Shirt too small and they only refunded part of it

I ordered a tshirt and a hat from usagoodshop.com on August 12, 2026. It took over two weeks to show up. When the package finally came, the hat was fine but the shirt was way too small.

I contacted them about exchanging it for a bigger size and they told me that wasn't possible. Then they said they would refund $8.74 even though the shirt was $19.99 plus shipping. The whole bill was $34.99 and it was charged to my paypal. I told them that wasn't acceptable and I still just wanted to exchange the shirt.

Today I got an email saying they refunded the $8.74 to my paypal. I don't know if there's anything I can do about this. I just don't want other people to deal with this from this company.
