Package never showed up and refund was a hassle

I ordered something online and had to keep asking about it because the tracking info was barely there. They finally sent me an invoice but only after I asked multiple times. Then the tracking just stopped showing anything at all.

When I asked about it, they told me I would only get a refund if I refused the package when it arrived. But the package never came. It's been over two months now.

I ended up going to my bank to get my money back since I couldn't get anywhere with them.
