Paid over five thousand for trademark fees that were not real
I paid it because I thought that's just how the process worked. But then I talked to an actual attorney who works at the USPTO. He told me none of that stuff was required. The only thing you need is the trademark application itself through the USPTO. I feel sick about it. The website is usatrademarkspro.com and the guy I dealt with was [email protected]. They also have an address in Jersey City. I just don't know how they can do this to people.
