YouTube ad showed big trimmer but they sent a toy

I saw this commercial on YouTube for a big weed trimmer that could clear large areas and even cut tree branches. Looked like exactly what I needed for my yard. So I ordered it from their site, usbest1.com, and paid $90.

When the package finally showed up, it was from Jamaica, NY. I opened the box and it was a little toy weed trimmer. Not even close to what was in the ad. A toy. I couldn't believe it.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. So I'm out the 90 bucks and stuck with a toy that doesn't do anything. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.

Ordered from usbest1.com and lost 98 dollars

I ordered something from usbest1.com and never got anything. The site looked fine when I ordered, but now nothing. I paid 98 dollars and it's just gone.

The address they have listed is Room 3-1 21st Floor Wuhan Qingyang City Plaza Commercial and Office Complex No. 191 Xudong Avenue Hongshan District, Wuhan, HB. I don't know why they say it's a United States company when the address is in China.

I tried to get in touch with them but no reply. Just a total waste of my money. I should have known better.

M.2 SSD drive from usbest1.com crashes my computer

I bought a M.2 SSD 32 TB external hard drive from usbest1.com. It simply doesn't work. Every time I try to back up files onto it, I get an error saying "file path does not exist" and then the drive just disappears from my computer completely. After that, my computer crashes.

I contacted them through their email, [email protected], and asked for a refund. They refused. They only offered me 50% back. I paid $50 for this thing and it's useless. I don't want half my money back, I want all of it since the product is defective. This was an online purchase and I feel like I got scammed.

Ad for a 32TB SSD that does not even exist

I saw this ad for a 32TB compact SSD. That thing does not even exist, I looked it up. The price was a huge red flag too, it was less than what you would pay for a beer. They said supply is limited and this is the only chance to get top level "German" technology at this price.

They also said you can't buy it at commercial retailers. They were using the conflict in the Middle East as an excuse for the low price, which makes no sense because that would drive prices up. It is just the cut the middle man classic scam. They even said they cannot pay their "German" workers, but the company is in China. The website is usbest1.com and the email was [email protected]. I did not lose any money but this whole thing felt off.

Bought a 32tb hard drive from a Youtube ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Youtube for a 32 tb hard drive and it looked good so I bought one. They sent me an email saying it was shipped on June 9, 2026 but USPS says they haven't even gotten the package yet. I paid $46 for it. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their website is usbest1.com. I don't know what else to do.
