Charged twice then signed up for monthly without asking
I have contacted Venmo several times that it was not authorized. I have emails showing I said I didn't authorize this and to cancel the subscription. Usually a trial lasts a certain amount of time before they begin charging you for a monthly subscription, so that was another red flag. I only authorized a "one-time use", not a trial, so I shouldn't have even been charged or upgraded to a monthly subscription. Let alone receiving an email that I initiated to begin a month service.
