Paid $800 for car parts that never showed up

I ordered some car parts from used-carparts.us and paid with my credit card. That was a big mistake. At first everything seemed okay, but after I paid and waited, things started feeling fishy.

They kept stalling me. Lying about when my parts would ship, making false promises, just leading me on. I never got my parts and they never refunded my $800 either. They work with AutoNinja Hub LLC and I think they're just scamming people through credit card purchases. I called the number on their site (866) 988-4099 and emailed [email protected] but nobody gives me a straight answer. Their address says 888 S Hope St in LA but I don't know if that's even real. Just wanted to warn people.

Paid $800 for truck parts that never showed up

I ordered truck parts from used-carparts.us back a while ago and paid $800.00. They said delivery would be timely but here we are and nothing. Every time I called they gave me a different story. First they said they would send me an email with updates, that never happened. Then something about a truck crashing, who knows if that's even true.

They did offer me a refund once, plus a $100.00 coupon for the trouble. But I think that was just to get me to stop calling. Now they are dropping my calls and I'm pretty sure they are just trying to run out the clock on the 60-day dispute window with my credit card company. This is a scam and I'm filing complaints everywhere I can.

Ordered used car parts and nothing ever showed up

I placed an order on their website used-carparts.us for some used car parts. The site said delivery would be within 13 days from when I ordered. That was the whole deal, I paid with my credit card, about $400.

Well, 13 days came and went and nothing. No shipping info, no parts, no delivery. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and I called the number on the site, (866) 988-4099. Never got a real answer. It just seems like they wanted to collect the money off my card and that was it. Still waiting on a package or a refund.
