Paid $150 for passport online and post office said it was a scam

I found this website uspassportandvia.org and thought I was paying for my passport. The whole thing seemed normal, I paid the $150 and thought I was good to go. They even had an email [email protected] and a phone number (301) 357-5778 if I needed anything.

So I go to the post office to finish up the process and they tell me I got scammed. They said they don't do any payment over the internet like that. I just stood there feeling stupid. I already gave them the money. There was no way to get it back. I don't know what else to do about it.
