Website claims to process paperwork but only fills out forms

I paid $154.24 to this website thinking they would handle my passport paperwork for me. They advertise it like they're going to process everything but that's not what happens at all.

All they do is take the info I gave them and put it into a form. Then I still have to submit it myself. That's not processing anything, that's just typing.

I could have filled out the form on my own for free. Total waste of money.

Website pretending to be government for passport processing

I went to uspassport&visa.org thinking it was the official government site to process my passport. It looked real enough that I didn't question it. They took my payment of $125.38 for passport processing.

Turns out the government offers this for free. This site is just pretending to be the government to get your money.

I also have a phone number for them, (321) 341-6998, and an email, [email protected]. I want my money back.
