Calls and texts about a lawyer fighting my trademark claim

I applied for a trademark for my business earlier this year. The USPTO denied it after several attempts, so I stopped applying and gave up on it.

Since then I keep getting calls and text messages saying I have a lawyer fighting my claim and that I need to call them. Today I got the same text again asking me to call (571) 207-8614.

They have my name and phone number because it's public record on the USPTO site. This number and scam is widely reported online.
