Paid for a Cison V8 engine and got a plastic toy

I was sending for a Cison V8 Engine that the add showed that it was built by you and it showed that it ran etc. What I got was something totally different than the add showed. I got a fully molded plastic engine all orange with the intake manifold, hedders, flay wheel and front pullies painted silver and NOT even a good touch up job. The whole motor was all ONE piece. What a wast of $34.90.

I contacted them at [email protected] but no reply. The address on the site just says WY, USA. I feel like I got tricked because the picture they showed was of a real metal engine that looked like it could actually run. This thing is just a hunk of plastic. I'm out the money and don't know what else to do.
