Email about business renewal fines that turned out to be a third party
Then I realized it wasn't the real state site. It was some third party. There was this tiny sentence in small font at the bottom that said they were not affiliated, but you have to look for it. It's intentionally misleading.
I emailed them right away asking for a refund and they just said no. They are profiting off a service that is free with the state. The website is vabusinessfilings.com and their address is 8401 Mayland Dr Ste S, Henrico, VA 23294. Just want people to know.
