Ordered climbing pants in June and never got them
It's now August 20th and I still haven't gotten anything. No pants, no shipping update, no reply when I tried to ask about my order. The website is vagabondclimbing.com. I just want my money back or the pants. This is getting ridiculous.
Ordered a jacket and never got it, no more emails back
Waited another month, contacted them again. They told me it was in the process of shipping and should be delivered within 180 days of the original purchase date. That sounded weird to me but I figured I'd wait it out. Still nothing and now they won't even answer my emails. I just want my money back or the jacket.
