Voicemail saying I will be served court papers

I got a voicemail today from someone named Valerie Jimenez. The message was for Patrice Dean. I'm not Patrice Dean. She said this was my official notification that I've been placed on her schedule to be served court documents. Said I'd be served at my home or my job and I'd need to give a signature and two forms of ID.

She said if I have questions or want to place a stop on the service I need to call my filing party at 251-517-4436. The audio was kind of unclear in spots but that's the number she left.

I don't know who these people are and I've never heard of any of this. No company name was given, just her name and that phone number.
